Become a part of our talented deugro team, as we look for a Project Manager in Brisbane, Australia. Key Responsibilities Communicate with client to identify needs and evaluate alternative solutions. Lead, direct and support daily operations as well as spearheading the development and rollout of improvement initiatives. Be solely responsible for the overall performance of project execution. Provide customer reports and analysis. Responsible for managing all files (CargoWise registration to archiving), ensure comprehensive and up to date data is recorded and processed in company databases according to company procedures. Liaise with and provide advice to management, branches, overseas networks regarding project business. Manage sub-con onboarding and ongoing performance. Assist with obtaining all necessary paperwork, permits, licenses, bonds, and insurance to execute shipment(s). Facilitate the provision of operational supports including import documentation, synchronisation of origin/destination zone transport, customs formalities and the overall scope of the door to door trade. Ensure all customer details are maintained and kept up to date. Manage the P&L activity of all files, identify, and mitigate risks where possible. Skills, knowledge and expertise Minimum 10 years experience in international freight forwarding, with proven expertise in over-dimensional and heavy-lift cargo movements. Strong understanding of contractual terms and the commercial and financial responsibilities associated with major infrastructure clients. Proficiency in CargoWise and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). High level of verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and produce clear operational reports. Project Management qualification (Diploma or higher) is highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. What makes us the ideal choice?
