The Opportunity As a Caf Collaborator, you will play a key role in growing the presence of MILKLAB across cafes throughout Sydney. Youll engage directly with caf owners, baristas, and key decisionmakers to build strong relationships, increase product awareness, and drive sales through sampling, education, and service excellence. This is a dynamic, customerfacing role ideal for someone passionate about the caf scene, who enjoys working independently and thrives on creating meaningful connections in the market. You''ll think on your feet, solve problems on the go, and make things happen. This role is all about action, initiative, and getting results. Develop and maintain strong relationships with caf owners, baristas, and key stakeholders across your territory Promote MILKLAB by offering samples (paired with coffee) and showcasing the features and benefits of the product range. Provide thoughtful MILKLABbranded gifts and collateral to thank customers for their support. Plan and manage your weekly territory visits to ensure optimal coverage and impact. Deliver exceptional customer service by managing followups, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. Gather and report on market insights, competitor activity, and customer feedback. Participate actively in weekly team meetings and ongoing training sessions. What youll bring Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decisionmakers. Proven ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively. High levels of energy, resilience, and persistence in achieving goals. Creative thinker with the ability to present ideas that add value for customers. A valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Previous experience in a customerfacing, sales, or hospitality role is highly regarded. Why Noumi?
