In this role, you will be responsible for providing high quality Administrative support to hospital departments, ensuring efficient day to day operations and excellent customer service to patients, staff and visitors. This role will have you provide front-line reception and administrative support to patients and visitors, manage patient admissions, discharges and bookings in line with hospital policies, maintain accurate patient records and data entry within hospital systems and assist clinical and management staff with administrative and clerical tasks. What you will bring to the role: Well-developed written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated strong computer skills including extensive experience with word processing, data entry, and procurement. Well-developed customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills. Capacity to undertake a diverse range of administrative tasks as an effective member of a team in a high pressure, high volume work environment, with the ability and willingness to multi-task, be adaptable. Being familiar with banking processes and patient valuables policies is advantageous. Enthusiastic and demonstrated experience in providing Administration Support to a small team. Current drivers licence and willingness to use for work purposes. This may include driving long distances across the LHD.
