About the Opportunity As a Clinical Trials Administration Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of high-quality clinical research within the district. Working closely with clinicians, researchers, and trial coordinators, you will ensure the effective administration of clinical trials. This position is essential to the successful conduct of research by maintaining compliance, supporting governance requirements, and ensuring accurate documentation. In this role, you will: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the clinical trials team, including coordination of ethics submissions, trial documentation, and participant records. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and ensure compliance with research protocols and regulatory standards. Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems to support reporting and audit readiness. Assist with procurement, rostering, and financial tracking related to trial operations. Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical research processes across CCLHD. Excellent administrative and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Committed to teamwork within a multidisciplinary environment. Sound computer literacy with experience using the MS Office suite and electronic systems such as rostering, procurement, and records management tools.
