As we continue to grow and evolve, were looking for friendly, proactive and communityminded individuals to join our branch network as Customer Banking Consultants. As a Customer Banking Consultant, youll be the face of the bank greeting customers, supporting them with everyday banking needs, and guiding them through some of lifes biggest financial moments. Whether youre helping someone open their first account, navigate digital banking, or explore lending options, youll make every interaction feel personal, positive and easy. Responsibilities Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner Assist customers with daytoday banking needs (account opening, transactions, cash dispensing) Guide customers through digital banking tools and support adoption of mobile/online banking Identify and discuss lending options that suit customers financial goals Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations Deliver excellent service that reflects the banks communityfocused values Qualifications Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor Curiosity to learn about banking products and services Eagerness to work in a customerfacing setting and provide a personal touch Experience in retail, hospitality or any customerservice role is desirable Basic numeracy and literacy skills; ability to use digital tools will be an advantage Benefits & Compensation This is a fulltime, permanent position offering a competitive salary and employee benefits.
