Were seeking an experienced professional to manage front-line Development and Building Certification support, improve lodgement workflows and lift team capability. In this role you will: Lead and supervise the Development & Building front-line support team, prioritising resourcing, performance and customer service. Coordinate pre-lodgement and lodgement processes (including NSW Planning Portal intake) and streamline application workflows. Oversee frontline customer interactions (in-person, phone, email, online) and ensure accurate, timely technical responses. We are looking for someone who: Has relevant qualifications in Business Administration (or similar) and/or proven experience leading an administration team supporting multi-disciplinary technical services. Can lead, motivate and coordinate staff to deliver service outcomes while optimising resources. Communicates clearly and professionally, delivering high levels of customer service and accurate technical advice.
