The service has spacious outdoor areas and interactive indoor spaces which are purposebuilt to align with the Early Years Learning Framework and the service follows a playbased approach to children''s learning, with resources provided to enable all sensory interactions. The Role This is an offfloor role and as Centre Director with responsibilities that may include: Motivating, supporting and working in partnership with your team of Teachers and Educators driving them to excel as they deliver care and educational programs to children Being responsible for the daily management and administration of the service Reviewing key performance indicators on a regular basis Leading a team to implement and adhere to highquality practices Assisting in building and maintaining a positive centre culture Demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to contribute effectively to a team environment by providing support to all staff as required About You To be successful in this position, you must have: Diploma or Bachelors of Early Childhood Education OR ACECQAapproved Minimum 23 years prior experience as a Centre Director OR 45 years of 2IC experience Current First Aid and CPR Certificate Current Anaphylaxis and Asthma Manager Current Working with Children Check Recent Child Protection/Safeguarding training Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS and QIP Unrestricted working hours If you wish to apply for this role, please do so via the website or email your resume directly to [email protected] Not for you?
