OverviewAustralian In Home Care Specialists is offering two physiotherapist roles in Kanwal, Central Coast NSW. We are a growing MSK physiotherapy clinic with a patient-centred approach, staffed by physios, massage therapists, and reformer Pilates instructors.Job rolesTwo roles available: a full-time new graduate position (salary typically 70-80k plus super and 2k education) and a Senior role (PT or FT) at 90-115k plus super.ResponsibilitiesAssess, diagnose, and develop tailored treatment plans for a diverse caseload (MSK, post-op, sports rehab).Deliver manual therapy, exercise prescription, patient education, and rehabilitation programs.Monitor and document progress; adapt treatment plans accordingly.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and other external health providers (instructors, specialists, GPs, etc.).Mentor or support junior staff (if interested).Participate in quality improvement, case review sessions, and professional development initiatives.Who you areRegistered Physiotherapist with AHPRA, and SIRA approved in NSW.Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience in private practice or similar.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient rapport skills.Strong clinical reasoning, flexible approach, and an evidence-based orientation.Team player, motivated, reliable, with a desire to grow.Experience/interest in dry needling, Pilates, sports rehab.Interest in advanced techniques or special interest areas (e.g., vestibular, pelvic health).What we offerCompetitive salary range + incentives/bonuses negotiable based on experience.Professional development support, mentorship, peer coaching, and a supportive team environment.Modern, well-equipped clinic facilities and free on-site parking.Paid leave, superannuation, and a strong, positive workplace culture with regular case meetings and social connection.Location & HoursLocation: Kanwal, Central Coast NSW 2259.
