Create a supportive, high-performing culture where educators and children alike can truly flourish. The opportunity Oversee the daily operations of a vibrant, high-performing early learning centre. Inspire, mentor and empower educators to deliver outstanding care and education. Foster a warm, inclusive, and engaging environment for children and families. Build meaningful relationships with families, the local community, and key stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards, driving continuous improvement. Champion the centres philosophy and values in every aspect of practice and communication. Manage budgets, staffing, and resources to achieve organisational and quality goals. Support the implementation of an innovative, play-based curriculum aligned with EYLF and NQS. Lead the development and implementation of the Centres Quality Improvement Plan. About You A Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent. Leadership and/ or Management qualification (desirable). 5+ years of early childhood experience, with at least 3 years in management. Proven experience in a management/leadership role with a track record of success in driving business growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Hold a current and valid, Working with Childrens Check, First Aid (HLTAID012), CPR, Anaphylaxis Management, Mandatory Reporting and Asthma Certificates. Skills in budget management, rostering, and compliance knowledge of National Regulations, Quality Standards, and EYLF (incl. Victorian frameworks). Why Work with Us? Competitive remuneration package.
