The Role & Responsibilities In this role, you will work closely with partners to deliver strategic advice on high-profile matters. Your key duties will include: Managing large-scale project disputes and high-value litigation. Handling arbitrations, expert determinations, and Security of Payment claims (including adjudications). Advising on contract risk management for major projects. Managing the day-to-day conduct of matters, with mentoring available Act for a diverse client base, including project owners, contractors, and engineering firms. Who Were Looking For A Construction Lawyer with 3+ years of PAE You will ideally come from a construction specialist, top-tier, or respected mid-tier firm. A professional with a proven track record in construction or project matters.
