Operate the store smoothly and efficiently. Create a positive, engaging work environment. Deliver exceptional customer service. Motivate, inspire, and develop the team. Apply knowledge of automotive retail as well as stationary products. Manage visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting. Ensure compliance with WHS programs and safety standards. Qualifications Retail management or leadership experience. Strong leadership and team building skills. Fluency in customer service and sales. Operational knowledge of visual merchandising, stock control, and performance reporting. Commitment to safety and compliance. Mechanical experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
