The Bowen Hospital is seeking applications for a Director of Nursing/Facility Manager to join their team on a temporary basis.For information on how to apply and the mandatory requirements for this role, please refer to the attached Role Description.Your OpportunityTo experience a diverse and satisfying role as the Director of Nursing/Facility Manager in a rural/remote facility which has both an operational and professional responsibility for the facility, providing executive leadership and management of the facility as well as professional expertise for nursing.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide financial management and support to the Business Manager.Lead and contribute to strategic and operational planning and decisionmaking processes within the Facility and MHHS.Take overall governance responsibility for the service.About Our Hospital and Health ServiceMackay Hospital and Health Service has 6 hospitals, 2 multipurpose health services and 4 community health centres employing more than 3,700 staff.
