This is a handson leadership role where you''ll oversee our Day Programs and group activities, ensuring every participant experiences meaningful, personcentred support that aligns with their NDIS goals.You''ll split your time between coordinating the program, supervising staff, and working directly with participants. It''s busy, dynamic, and rewarding juggling priorities, leading a team, and liaising with allied health professionals, families and community partners.
