This position oversees front-line services, supervises staff, manages facilities and resources, and ensures high-quality service delivery in a dynamic student environment.As part of the Patron Engagement team, the Senior Librarian supports library engagement projects and represents the Library at City Campus, strengthening connections across library locations and enhancing the student experience.Some key responsibilities include:* Overseeing the Librarys City Campus service and resource offerings, in collaboration with Associate Director, Engagement & Scholarly Communication, Academic Engagement Lead and the Library Coordinator (Patron Engagement) and in consultation with the Associate Director, City Campus.* Ensuring City Campus service offerings are consistent with Library operations at other locations and align with Library and University strategic priorities.* Supporting the delivery of training, presentations, and group tours for staff and students at the City Campus.**About You**As the Senior Librarian, City Campus, you will bring practical leadership skills and a commitment to providing effective library services in a busy academic environment. You have experience supporting staff, managing resources, and working collaboratively to deliver quality outcomes for students and staff.You will be organised, approachable, and able to communicate clearly with a range of people.
