Youll guide and support lead engineers through complex technical and non-technical challenges, maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients, and ensure the successful delivery of projects to client standards, Australian Standards, and regulatory requirements, on time and within budget. Responsibilities Coordinate resources across projects and support lead engineers in the delegation of tasks and duties to other team members. Utilising broad market network identify business opportunities in the greater marketplace and develop winning strategies and proposals to win work. Review designs submitted by leaders and provided design guides and technical expertise if applicable. Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) Be confident to lead a team and provide both technical and non-technical support across the team. Able to recognise discipline-based growth needs and ability to develop team structures and plan recruitment framework. Why Join Us?
