Production Operators Weekend Shift Porta Products is inviting applications for a fulltime permanent position at its manufacturing site in Oberon, NSW. The role is located in the finishing area, working Saturdays and Sundays only. The shifts will be either 12hour or 8hour shifts. Responsibilities You will work in the finishing area, contributing to the production of MDF board, particle board, laminate, mouldings and supporting the Woodchem site that produces resin and other products. Requirements Commitment to Safety Ability to work as part of a team or independently. Physical Fitness Current Forklift Licence is very desirable. Good communication skills (oral, listening and written) and a desire to learn new skills. Strong literacy skills both written and verbal. Basic Computer Skills As part of the selection process, applicants must be prepared to undergo a preemployment medical examination which includes functional, audiometric, drug and alcohol testing.
