Role Purpose With a passion for local produce and flair for extraordinary dishes, you are a strong Commi, Demi or Chef de Partie eager to be part of something innovative and creative in Byron. You will: Drive guest satisfaction in service and take great pride in the delivery of incredible flavours and food experiences Foster a culture of innovation and breaking the norm Provide handson support to junior members of the kitchen staff Collaborate closely with the F&B Service team and all departments of the hotel Promote and be accountable for WH&S in our sparkling kitchens Articulate ideas the creation of seasonal and promotional menus Support the effective procurement, production, preparation and presentation of all food Skills and experience You will be enthusiastic and have technical experience from working in a highfunctioning kitchen environment, as well as holding a trade qualification relevant to your position.
