Personal Carer UnitingCare Queensland BlueCare, Community Care. Employment Details Employment Status: Permanent Full-time. Location: Springfield, Eastern Heights, Goodna & Surrounding Areas. Remuneration: $35.51 per hour + 12% Super + salary packaging, allowances, travel reimbursement. Flexible availability: weekends, afternoons and overnights. About the Role Provide personal care to clients in community settings, supporting independence and quality of life. Travel to clients homes to support daily activities. Assist with showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry and ironing. Follow individualised care plans. Support community recreation and social activities. Assist with transportation to shopping and appointments. Requirements Certificate III Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent qualification (essential). Current Australian drivers licence (green provisional minimum). Roadworthy and insured vehicle for work (third party property minimum). Willingness to drive company minibus up to 12 seats (desirable). Experience with technology (smartphones, tablets, laptops). Confidence to complete probity checks required by legislation or policies.
