Chef - Dairy Flat Farm Daylesford Dairy Flat Farm is looking for an experienced Chef for a live in role at our Lodge in Daylesford. We have an exciting opportunity for a strong all rounder to join the team while living on site and catering for lodge guests. Daily tasks include preparing a daily country style breakfast utilising produce from the on-site vegetable garden, working with the Executive chef at Lake House to deliver private dining to lodge guests and some general maintenance and upkeep of the lodge. Utilise produce from our Dairy Flat Farm including the orchard, vineyard, bakery and olive grove in one of the best growing regions in Australia. Excellent cooking skills, efficiency, attention to detail, a good sense of humour and capacity to contribute to a tight knit team are essential. Interest in produce and season driven cooking an advantage. Daylesford is 80mins from Melbourne and offers an enviable lifestyle in a sought after location. There is on site accommodation included and we are also open to a sponsorship for the right candidate. You must have an Australian drivers license. Candidates must have a minimum of 4-5 years of professional kitchen experience, Australian work authorisation is required at the time of application and the successful candidate should be available to commence within 2 weeks.
