About The Role As a Customer Service Operator, you will report to the Trade Store Manager and will be responsible for undertaking all administration tasks and direct customer service both over the phone, via email and face to face, as well as assisting in the warehouse when required. Some Tasks As Part Of This Role Include Dealing with customers facetoface, via email & over the phone. Administration duties including data entry and email management. Picking & packing customer orders. Record and report any customer complaints to the Trade Stores Manager regarding product and/or service via Knauf''s complaint and customer procedures. Assist with stock take/inventory counts process to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained. General warehouse duties & housekeeping when required.
