OverviewCustomer Service Representative (Contact Centre) - Full Time, Hybrid Opportunity. Location: Gosford, New South Wales, Australia.The NRMA is a trusted, member-owned brand. As an inbound Customer Service Representative, youll be the reassuring voice supporting our members and customers when they need a hand most. Youll serve as the initial point of contact for roadside assistance calls, providing prompt and helpful service.ResponsibilitiesBe the initial point of contact for roadside assistance calls, delivering prompt and helpful service to members and customers.Contribute to a supportive member experience by building valuable skills and growing with a trusted brand.Work within a 3-week rotational roster (5ammidnight, Monday to Sunday, including public holidays) with non-negotiable hours.Work in a hybrid environment, primarily remotely, with required presence at Sydney Olympic Park or Gosford offices as directed.
