OverviewJoin to apply for the Cleaner role at Ventia. Ventia is offering casual employment under the NSW Whole of Government Cleaning Contract for people with cleaning-related backgrounds. Shifts are split across early morning and afternoon (5am9am and 2pm6pm) with sites in the Maitland area, including Cessnock High School, Cessnock Tafe Campus, Saint Aloysius Catholic Primary School Chisholm, and other locations in the Kurri Kurri and Maitland areas. Availability required: 5 days Monday to Friday. Responsibilities Clean and wipe high-touch points (handrails, door handles, desks, benches, etc.). Mop, sweep, dust, vacuum, clean bathrooms, and restock supplies. Maintain stock supplies and place orders as needed. Adjust duties based on the shift you are available for. Qualifications & Attributes Proven ability to communicate clearly and prioritize tasks efficiently. Thorough and forward-thinking approach to cleaning duties. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to collaborate and communicate within a team. Cleaning experience is an advantage. Whats in it for you Uniforms and PPE provided.
