Location: Tamworth NSW, Full-time Facility Cleaner & Maintenance Officer The Opportunity Opportunity to join the dynamic team at one of Australias landmark facilities Providing effective caretaking and/or cleaning of AELEC facilities and venue Operating a range of plant and equipment Could this be you? The Facility Cleaner & Maintenance Officer Is Responsible For Provide cleaning services to a high professional standard for all activities and events across AELEC as directed, ensuring the users needs are met The opening and closing of venues as required for client entry or cleaning services Assist with minor repairs and maintenance where required To be successful in this role you will need Certificate III in Cleaning Operations or similar or equivalent relevant experience Driver Licence Interested? Salary range: Grade 6 - $1,113.60 - $1,205.00 per week plus additional penalty rates for weekend work and 12% superannuation for a 38 hour work week. Salary may be negotiated based on skills, experience and your value to our organisation. Hours of work shall be a spread of hours not exceeding 152 hours in any 4 week period. Flexible working arrangements will be considered by mutual agreement and according to operational requirements.
