Our team of heritage professionals and support staff ensure the success of our projects by consistently meeting client expectations with their expertise and dedication.About the roleThe Heritage Administrator role is a permanent part-time position onsite in our offices located in South Melbourne 3 to 4 days per week and open to becoming a full time role for the right candidate with hybrid flexibility down the track. A wonderful opportunity for anyone interested in heritage and/or conservation in property development.The Heritage Administrator is front of office and responsible for project coordination, drafting of fee proposals, participating in tender processes, file set-up and providing administrative support to the finance department. Day-to-day tasks include answering office telephone, overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation from start to finish, managing project timelines, liaising with clients and stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with diary management of hearings. Other duties as specified.Key Selection CriteriaProject coordination and an administration specialist who prefers a long-term position that they alone will own being an integral part of Bryce Raworth Pty LtdProficient computer applications with strong Microsoft office skills (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and SharePoint).
