Expressions of Interest We are seeking expressions of interest for an experienced Service Technician to join our QLD Service Team. The successful candidate will be based in the Mackay region, QLD or surrounding areas. Role Responsibilities As an Arjo Field Service Technician, you will apply your technical knowledge and service experience to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Arjo equipment as well as thirdparty items for Arjo customers within the broader aged care and acute care healthcare environments. The role will involve: Carry out maintenance, repairs and testing of Arjos range of patient handling equipment and related thirdparty equipment. Conduct routine scheduled servicing (preventative) and breakdown support (reactive). Promote Arjo services and service contracts to customers in Mackay, QLD. Take a lead in pursuing regional business and work with other technicians to secure new business. Provide accurate and compliant reporting on equipment serviced and repaired in Arjos data capture system, ensuring jobs are completed month to month. Maintain and report spare parts stock accurately in Arjos service stocktake system. Maintain the safety and integrity of all serviced products in accordance with Company Policy. The role may require further regional travel within QLD to meet the needs of our large and growing customer base. Skills and Experience Relevant field service experience, preferably within the healthcare or a servicerelated sector. Proven problemsolving ability and troubleshooting skills. Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. Strong time management and planning skills with the ability to meet company performance targets/KPIs. A passion for delivering excellent customer service, with a professional appearance, confidence and sensitivity in interacting with staff and clients in a range of healthcare environments. The ability to understand the customers needs and provide appropriate solutions for mutual benefit. Demonstrated ability to operate small hand tools, power tools and test/inspection equipment. Computer literacy and iPad use familiarity will be advantageous. Ability to work without direct supervision yet within a team environment. A current QLD drivers licence (Class C) is essential.
