Were offering an opportunity for an experienced and resultsdriven Gaming Manager to join our team. Reporting to the CEO, and as a key member of our Executive team, the Gaming Manager is responsible for the operations and performance of the gaming portfolio including electronic gaming machines, member loyalty and reward program, TAB, Keno, bingo and raffles. As Gaming Manager, you will develop, implement and communicate the gaming strategies and budget, analyse gaming performance and provide recommendations to the CEO. A visionary outlook to research and identify new gaming technology and industry trends is highly valued. Vital to the success of this role is your ability to lead, motivate and inspire your team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Management and overseeing daily gaming operations Increasing visitation and membership through the development of promotions and loyalty reward programs Maintaining positive rapport with Gaming patrons and members generally Analysis of gaming data to provide high level recommendations to the CEO Ongoing knowledge and implementation Responsible Gambling Programs Assuring Group compliance to all relevant legislation and regulations Evaluation of existing gaming strategies offering recommendations for improvement Leadership, development and management of gaming team. Required Skills & Experience: Min. 3 years experience in a similar role Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Effective organisational skills including time management Business growth mindset Preferred Qualifications RMLV, RSA, RSG Competency in MS Office suite including advanced level Excel Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Industries Hospitality #J-18808-Ljbffr
