As a Cashier Services Duty Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Casino Cage and Keno services. Reporting to the Director Cashier Services, you will lead a team of Cashiers & Cashier Supervisors, providing leadership, guidance, and support to maintain high standards of customer service, compliance, and operational excellence.This is a fantastic opportunity where you will lead with integrity, ensuring compliance in all aspects of your role.ResponsibilitiesCoordination of daily operations including team member scheduling and professional developmentDrive continuous improvement through process change, management of costs and review of guest experienceEstablish and maintain patron accounts in compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and proceduresSupervise and guide the team, fostering a proactive and high-performance environmentCollaborate with various departments, including Security and Surveillance to ensure seamless operationsMaintain a thorough knowledge of the compliance requirements relating to the Casino Control Act 1982, associated Legislation and the System of Accounting and Internal ControlWhat we will be looking forDemonstrated experience in a leadership capacity in the Casino Industry, preferably within Cash OperationsStrong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to drive team member engagement, development and manage performanceDetailed understanding of Casino Control Act 1982 and compliance requirementsFlexible availability to work across a 24-hour/7-day roster that will include nights, weekends and public holidaysEligible to obtain a Casino Key Employee license (which includes thorough background checks)About youWith your extensive leadership experience, youll maintain a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of the importance of accuracy and efficiency.
