Shifts may fall between the school zones hours 8.00 to 9.30 AM and 2.30 to 4.00 PM, with a minimum of one hour shift as and when required Monday to Friday during the school term.Youll be ready to show up and make an impact on your local community and contribute to safety outcomes so that everyone goes home safely each day.Youll become a positive, familiar presence around the school, helping to protect children, parents, teachers and local motorists through reliable supervision.About youYou have reliable transport and are prepared to travel to crossings in Denman, Muswellbrook and Scone.You are a community-minded person who wants to contribute.You enjoy building community relationships, keeping kids safe while earning a weekly wage in a role you love.You are reliable and prepared to show up for your community in good or bad weather.You demonstrate effective communication skills and alertness to potential dangers.RequirementsApplicants must be 18 years of age at the time of appointment.All training, uniforms and equipment will be provided.Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check, Reference Checks, Police Check, and a Health Assessment is vital.
