Were seeking a motivated and professional New Homes Sales Consultant to be based at our Box Hill display home, helping clients design and build their dream homes.About the RoleAs a New Homes Sales Consultant, youll be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through the exciting process of selecting and building their new home. Youll work closely with internal teams across estimating, design, and construction to ensure a seamless client experience from enquiry through to contract signing.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with new and prospective clients visiting the Box Hill display home or enquiring online.Understand client needs and present suitable home designs, inclusions, and packages.Prepare detailed quotes, tenders, and supporting documentation.Work collaboratively with estimating and drafting teams to finalise contracts.Maintain strong relationships with developers, referral partners, and repeat clients.Manage leads efficiently and achieve individual sales and conversion targets.Keep up to date with local market trends and competitor activity.Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in new home sales is essential.Background working with developers or selling house and land packages highly regarded.Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation ability.Proactive approach to managing leads and driving sales results.Competent in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.Current drivers licence and ability to work weekends (with weekday RDOs).Whats on OfferAttractive base salary + uncapped commissions with strong earning potential.Work with a trusted and established builder with a quality reputation.Modern display home environment in Box Hill.Ongoing training, career development, and a supportive management team.Please APPLY if you are interested to learn more or if you feel this is the right time for a change and want a confidential chat.
