About the Role As a Boilermaker, youll fabricate, assemble, and weld steel components that form the backbone of large-scale builds. Youll work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment where precision and teamwork matter. We have Morning and Afternoon shifts available and offer both Casual and Full-Time opportunities - providing flexibility to suit different lifestyles and commitments. What Youll Be Doing Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and job cards (JCPs) Cutting, shaping, bending, punching, and welding steel components Assembling and joining structural steel using welding, bolting, or riveting Grinding, filing, and finishing products to spec Working collaboratively to meet production schedules Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient workspace What Youll Bring Certificate III in Engineering Fabrication Trade (Boilermaking) or equivalent Proven experience in welding and steel fabrication Proficiency with hand tools and welding equipment Good physical strength and attention to detail Commitment to quality and safe work practices Forklift and overhead crane tickets (Desirable) Strong initiative and teamwork skills Why Join Hanlon?
