Executive Assistant to the Leadership Team The Executive Assistant role requires a motivated and organized person with exceptional administrative skills, professionalism, initiative, and public relations expertise. Sacred Heart Catholic School is a K6 coeducational primary school located on the picturesque northwest coast of Tasmania. The school is part of the Sacred Heart community and the Mersey Leven Parish, and strives to make a difference so that students and staff can flourish in a faithbased education. Sacred Heart Catholic School Ulverstone is currently seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates who are able to demonstrate a commitment to the aims and philosophy of Catholic Education. Ongoing 0.53FTE Commencing February 2026 This parttime, ongoing position will work under general supervision of the Principal and will be required to demonstrate: Efficiency with diary coordination, time management and organisation skills; Ability to follow specified policies, procedures and internal controls in a fastpaced administrative environment; Tact, diplomacy and the ability to maintain absolute confidentiality at all times; A high level of initiative, solutionsbased enthusiasm, coupled with a strong willingness to assist colleagues in peak times. The successful candidate must have general administration and finance experience and be competent in all facets of general office administration and have a demonstrated ability to work cooperatively within a wider team environment. Familiarity within an educational environment would be an advantage. Salary will be in accordance with the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 2024.
