Job Description

This role is to shape the future of a premium lifestyle brand in China- Bundaberg. Bundaberg is a bold, craft-brewed soda with an Australian heritage and cult following. You will lead 360 brand building for Bundaberg brand balancing strategic planning with handson execution across daily EC marketing, campaigns, digital touchpoints, and sales support. Brand Strategy: Own the annual brand plan and define key campaigns, messaging, and media approach. Digital Strategy: Lead strategic planning & end-to-end execution across social platforms (RED, Douyin, WeChat) and build brand buzz around. EC-marketing support: work closely with EC sales team to understand sales performance, analyze diagnosis and support EC campaign landing. Partnership & Influencer: Manage partnership & influencer collaborations to build brand relevance and make sure our brand to be seen by the right TA groups. Cross-Functional Drive: Collaborate with sales, trade marketing to land commercial initiatives & activation. Performance Tracking: Analyze market, consumer, channel data to guide decisions; monitor campaign impact, optimize spend, and report brand performance regularly. Has at least 5 years of brand or digital marketing experience, ideally in premium food & beverage or lifestyle brands. Brings strong strategic thinking with handson experience in EC or social media operations. Communicates clearly, works independently, and knows how to drive influence across teams. Has a strong brand instinct with an eye for good creative, storytelling pop culture and trendy spots & stuff. Is great at balancing structure with agility can plan ahead, yet adapt quickly. Is fluent in Mandarin; working English proficiency preferred. Bonus if you have experience associated with Australian brands or living/study experience in Australia. #J-18808-Ljbffr
