Company Description The Radiance Network South West Inc. is the only perinatal community organization offering free non-clinical wellbeing support services for families experiencing perinatal mental health vulnerabilities in the South West. Our early intervention and individualised support services help to decrease isolation, alleviate symptoms, and create an environment for better outcomes. We are a professional organization, with a Management Committee comprising GPs, psychologists, CEOs, midwives, and Child Health or Mental Health Nurses. Radiances services are reliant on grants, donations, fundraising, and sponsorships, and are provided at no cost to ensure person-centred and paced recovery outcomes. Vacancy: Bunbury Radiance Support Group Facilitator (20262027) The Bunbury Radiance Support Group meets for 1.52 hours a week during school term. The facilitator will be paid 4 hours a week to allow for administration, advocacy and staff meetings. The job will start in Term 1 of 2026. Selection Criteria Lived experience with perinatal mental health challenges and commitment to using that experience to support others. Certificate IV (or equivalent) in Mental Health. Demonstrated ability to facilitate peer groups in a safe, recovery-oriented, culturally responsive and trauma-informed manner. Proven capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Understanding of quality and safety systems, including incident reporting, confidentiality and professional boundaries. Demonstrated commitment to partnership with consumers and continuous service improvement. Applicant Requirements Provide minimum proof of identity requirements. Hold current First Aid certificate and hold, or obtain, a Mental Health First Aid certificate. Hold or obtain a valid Working With Children Check. Provide a National Police Clearance (less than 6 months old). Hold a current C Class drivers licence. Location Preferences It is highly recommended that the applicant is based in Bunbury and surrounds as Radiance is unable to cover time spent/costs for driving from other towns.
