We are seeking a Field Service Technician (Emu Plains, NSW) to work across all Wirtgen Group brands with the ability to work autonomously. A self-motivated and driven individual is highly regarded. Remuneration and Benefits Excellent remuneration package, with a guaranteed six-figure gross annual income Financial stability with an ongoing permanent role Great work-life balance and Employee Assistance Program Service vehicle, work laptop, phone and PPE provided Excellent training and development opportunities Light Vehicle Mechanics applicants welcome upskilling provided for the right candidate Key Duties Servicing, maintenance, and repair of Wirtgen Group equipment Preparation of new machine build requirements Commissioning and training of Wirtgen Group machinery Diagnose machine issues or customer complaints and assist in finding solutions Conduct machine inspections Provide professional customer service and a care attitude at all times Assist in the training of Apprentices and other staff as required To be considered you must have the following Australian recognised trade qualification (Mechanical or Electrical) Proven experience within a Service Technician/Light Vehicle Mechanic role for a minimum of 2 years Unencumbered Drivers License Basic computer skills Good communication with co-workers and customers Ability to work under pressure Clear problem solver with high attention to detail Willing to learn and take direction The ideal candidate will also need to complete and pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing and obtain a police clearance.
