Learn automation, grow your trade and shape your future with us!MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, motors and production equipmentRespond to breakdowns and carry out preventative maintenance tasks to minimise downtimeRead and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawingsCollaborate with maintenance and operations teams to improve production efficiencyThis role includes a structured training and development program tailored to build competent electrical and automation capabilities within our plant environment. The training pathway is integrated into your day-to-day responsibilities and includes:Collaborate with experienced Midfield electricians through a structured mentoring program, receiving ongoing hands-on guidance on site-specific procedures, tools and safety systemsPowerFlex Drive Training:Gain practical skills in configuring, commissioning and troubleshooting Allen Bradley PowerFlex 525 drives used across our production systemsPLC Fundamentals & Automation:Participate in foundational PLC training using Studio 5000 Logix Designer.
