FCM - Travel Consultant - South Bank, QLD Seniority level: Entry level | Employment type: Fulltime | Job function: Management and Manufacturing | Industries: Travel Arrangements About the role Work with large corporate accounts to manage travel requirements and present solutions. Book air, car, hotel, and ground transportation using Sabre GDS. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong account relationships. Responsibilities Have strong international fare skills. Assist in making professional and accurate business travel arrangements for corporate accounts. Follow company procedures, account guidelines and customer service standards in travel arrangements, ticketing, and CRS/GDS productivity. Use GDS Sabre proficiency required. Excellent communicator and professional. Work as a team member and assist other agents as needed. Maintain favourable working relationships with accounts and their employees. Provide solutions to travelrelated problems clients may have experienced. High attention to detail and strong time management skills. Qualifications Minimum 2 years corporate or leisure travel consulting experience. Strong international fare knowledge and complex itinerary expertise. Excellent communication, listening and presentation skills. People person with networking and relationshipbuilding skills. Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
