Your role This is a fantastic opportunity for a Learning and Development Specialist to shape capability and performance across the organisation. What Youll Do Lead learning and capability needs analysis, and design, develop and deliver targeted learning programs aligned with business priorities. Collaborate with key stakeholders to evaluate learning outcomes and continuously improve initiatives. Work as part of a supportive, creative, and collaborative team in a dynamic environment that fosters open communication and a strong sense of community. What Were Looking For Design and deliver engaging learning programs across digital, facetoface and onthejob formats using adult learning principles. Administer Learning Management Systems to develop, manage and maintain digital learning content. Conduct learning needs analysis and skills mapping, contributing to capability frameworks and strategic workforce planning.
