Learning and Development Specialist - Multicultural NSW Join to apply for the Learning and Development Specialist - Multicultural NSW role at NSW Department of Communities and Justice. Employment type: Temporary up to 30 June 2026 with a possibility of extension. Grade: 7/8 Salary: $113,574 - $125,720 per annum plus employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. Your role This is a fantastic opportunity for a Learning and Development Specialist to shape capability and performance across the organisation. The role is central to driving initiatives that enhance individual and team development, support strategic goals, and foster a culture of continuous learning. What Youll Do Lead learning and capability needs analysis, and design, develop and deliver targeted learning programs aligned with business priorities. Collaborate with key stakeholders to evaluate learning outcomes and continuously improve initiatives. Work as part of a supportive, creative, and collaborative team in a dynamic environment that fosters open communication and a strong sense of community. What Were Looking For Design and deliver engaging learning programs across digital, facetoface and onthejob formats using adult learning principles. Administer Learning Management Systems to develop, manage and maintain digital learning content. Conduct learning needs analysis and skills mapping, contributing to capability frameworks and strategic workforce planning.
