This venue is about to undergo a multimillion dollar gamingled renovation project which would be a career highlight to coordinate! A Day In The Life Of a Publican You know the locals by name, they reckon youre one of their own, all while keeping a sharp eye on the P&L. You run the place like its your own modernday home, keeping things safe, smooth, and compliant. Youre the pillar of the local community and the driving force behind a highperforming team. You put out fires before anyone even notices there was smoke. You bring the vibe, the service, and the smiles every shift, every day. Inherent Requirements This is a handson role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently. About You You already know if this is for you with high volume gaming room management experience in loads. Youve got the experience, the presence, and the pride it takes to own a pub like its been yours forever. Youre not just running a venue youre living the Publican life.
