Event Sales Manager Laundy Hotel Group We are expanding our Sales & Events team. The role is based mainly at Log Cabin in Penrith, with occasions to spend time at our Lane Cove head office and a variety of iconic venues across the region. Opportunity Reporting to the Head of Sales & Events, you will be responsible for driving client engagement and delivering exceptional event experiences. Your key responsibilities include: Providing outstanding customer service throughout the sales process, responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries. Creating tailored proposals that meet client requirements. Meeting with potential clients to showcase our venues and deliver personable, memorable experiences. Coordinating and hosting site inspections during the working week, and following up with prospective clients. Maintaining accurate account records, sales activity and revenue data before and after events. Collaborating with crossfunctional teams including Event Coordinators and Venue Management to ensure successful event execution. Seeking new opportunities to expand our customer base and turning challenges into growth. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in social or corporate sales. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders. Adaptability and agility to navigate dynamic, fastpaced environments. Strong relationshipbuilding skills, with a natural warmth and approachability. Proficiency in managing client expectations while maintaining operational excellence. Solutionoriented mindset, offering creative and refined solutions. Effective prioritisation in highpressure settings. Availability to work at least one weekend day per week, and flexibility to cover both weekend days during peak periods.
