Help reduce reactive breakdowns by focusing on preventative maintenance and system improvements, while acting as the key link between tradespeople and management to ensure jobs are efficiently allocated, tracked, and completed.Key Responsibilities:Implement digital maintenance CMMS, stock control, and reporting.Support root-cause analysis, equipment reliability, and spare-parts management.Lead & supervise the maintenance team to help drive best practices.Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations promoting a safe working environment.About You:Trade-qualified (Fitter, Boilermaker or Electrician)Experience with maintenance planning / reliability / CMMS.Confident communicator, decisive, consistent, and accountable.Has previous lead a maintenance team within FMCG or heavy industrialWhats on Offer:$134,400 (inclusive of super) plus the company will support continued learning with tickets and courses relevant to the industry!Join a growing national business within a state-of-the-art processing facility with a supportive leadership team!Next StepsApply now!
