About the Role Flow is a growing and innovative global business that strives to have a positive environmental impact. Were on the search for a proactive and highly organised Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of our marketing efforts. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, youll work closely with a team that includes our Social Media Manager, in-house media production, and Key Accounts Coordinator. We work from our spectacular Byron Bay office, and most of us do a couple of days a week from home. Flow is a purpose-driven company, and we''re a dynamic bunch who care about what were doing. Youll help bring campaigns to life, create standout content, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. PS: Were also hiring for a Marketing Manager at the moment. What Youll Do Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, socials, email, and events. Manage the marketing calendar and ensure deadlines are met. Monitor brand consistency across all marketing channels. Coordinate content creation - briefing designers, media, and freelancers as needed. Copy - writing, editing and proofreading. Maintain and update website content and product information. Help manage marketing assets - imagery, video, copy, templates, and more. What Youll Bring At least 2 years experience in a marketing role (preferably ecommerce based). Strong organisation and project management skills. Excellent communication skills, with a love for copy writing and ability to edit and proofread. Familiarity with digital marketing tools. Ability to juggle multiple priorities and collaborate across teams. A creative mindset and attention to detail. Bonus: experience with graphic design, data analysis, PR, or certain digital tools (Klaviyo, Shopify, Google Suite).
