This role will provide hands-on support across payroll, accounts, reconciliations, reporting, and compliance, contributing directly to the financial health and decision-making of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll & Compliance: Process fortnightly payroll, superannuation contributions, payroll tax lodgments, and employee terminations. Manage child support deductions and FBT reporting requirements.Accounts & Banking: Process payments and invoices, verify supplier records, reconcile accounts, and manage debtors including dishonored cheques and account discrepancies.Financial Reporting: Prepare cash flow and stock value reports, generate monthly P&L statements, balance sheets, and variance reports. Assist in preparing and formulating budgets and forecasts as well as accounting policies.
