The Peel and Rockingham Kwinana Older Adult Mental Health Service is seeking to appoint a Team Leader to provide accountability for the standard of care and for the coordination of nursing and multidisciplinary services provided to clients.OverviewLocation: Rockingham (travel to Mandurah as required).
