The Role Reporting to the HR Lead, this position supports all HR and recruitment functions for the Cable Beach venue from strategic preparation in the wet season to hands-on management during the operational peak (May to October). We are seeking an HR professional who confidently brings comfort to chaos someone steady under pressure, practical in decision-making, and grounded in compliance. The HR, Recruitment & Admin Officer supports our HR Lead in Nambeelup and the fluctuating workforce at the Cable Beach Venue. Youll administer HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance while maintaining structure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role suits someone whos both strategic and hands-on equally comfortable drafting a contract or stepping into a staff discussion to resolve an issue. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding Manage multiple recruitment pools and coordinate end-to-end recruitment for Cable Beach seasonal and casual roles. Manage candidate screening, reference checks, and communication. Prepare and issue employment contracts and onboarding documentation. Maintain and update candidate and employee databases. HR Operations & Compliance Ensure all employment practices meet Fair Work and Modern Award requirements. Manage RSA, visa, and training compliance documentation. Maintain HR records and documentation in line with company policy. Support venue management with rosters, workforce planning, and HR queries. Assist in developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and training materials. Administration & Systems Manage employee data in Xero and Deputy, ensuring accuracy in classifications, rates, and leave. Support internal communications, HR reporting, and documentation registers. Assist with general office administration, scheduling, and meeting coordination. About You Minimum 2 years HR and recruitment experience, ideally in hospitality, manufacturing, or FMCG. Strong understanding of the Fair Work Act 2009, Modern Awards, and compliance principles. Completed minimum of Certificate IV Human Resources Proficient with HR and payroll systems (Xero, Deputy, Employment Hero or similar). Excellent communication and organisational skills.
