In this role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, ensuring best practice standards are met for all patients. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will assist with patient assessments, treatments, and education while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting quality improvement initiatives.
