You''ll also contribute to the design and delivery of employment programs, such as internships, apprenticeships, and graduate pathways, helping to build future workforce capability. The position works closely with leaders, training providers, and program partners to ensure training is targeted, effective, and aligned with both operational needs and organisational values.About YouYou will be a proactive and organised professional who brings:Qualifications in administration, adult education, workplace health and safety, business, or a related field (Certificate level or higher)Sound understanding of the Australian Qualifications Framework and competency-based trainingExperience coordinating and delivering training across a diverse workforce.Strong ability to interpret legislation, policies, and compliance requirements is matched by your high-level proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approachAbility to manage multiple priorities and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholdersIdeally, you will also hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) and have experience working with Registered Training Organisations and apprenticeship support networks, including contract management.
