OverviewAccount Manager - Bunzl Safety & Lifting Erskine ParkExternal Account Manager role dealing with reseller customers across NSW. You will be calling on our diverse range of resellers, promoting our brands, discussing stock requirements, helping with ranging and driving growth of our products through their businesses. You will report directly to the National Sales Manager, working primarily on the road visiting our customers stores in Canberra, Newcastle and regional NSW.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the sales revenue and margin targets within allocated territoryResponsible for the growth of existing accountsDevelop and maintain customer relationships with key decision makers and influencersDevelop full understanding of customers and prospects current products, and future needsManage call cycle ensuring regular in-person visits and complimentary remote contact with customers are completedMaintain CRM or relevant system with required customer visits and opportunitiesAbout YouYoull have an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to influence and negotiate with customers. You must possess an understanding of selling products in reseller/wholesale/distribution environments, and strong organisational and communication skills to interact effectively with all areas of the business, build rapport, and deliver great outcomes.Youve refined your relationship-building and negotiation skills from previous Sales/Customer Service roles, successfully managing territory and multi-level relationships, both internally and externally.
