The Role: As a Site Supervisor, youll be responsible for overseeing up to 15 investment builds at various stages of construction. This is a handson position that requires excellent time management, organisation, and communication skills. Youll work closely with trades, suppliers, and head office to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the companys high standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate multiple residential investment builds (no owneroccupied homes). Manage site safety, scheduling, quality control, and contractor performance. Ensure builds are completed in line with company timelines and QBCC regulations. Use Onsite Companion software to manage daily reporting and progress tracking. Liaise with construction managers, suppliers, and trades to maintain efficient workflow.
