Position No. 621 The Executive Support Officer will coordinate the daytoday operations of the General Manager Development and work closely with employees within the organisation to ensure actions are completed. You will undertake tasks including word processing, database maintenance, diary management, project research, development of office management systems and preparing discrete and confidential correspondence. In addition, you will coordinate event applications including conferences, functions and meetings as required. To be successful in this role, you will possess a proactive approach to work and a professional demeanour that will ensure you quickly develop working relationships both internally and externally. You will have highly developed communication skills, demonstrated organisational ability, attention to detail and a willingness to work collaboratively as a valued member of the Council''s Development Division. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate how they meet the criteria below: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience in the provision and coordination of administrative support at an executive management level. Efficient time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
