OverviewAre you an enthusiastic and compassionate Speech Pathologist looking to make a difference across a diverse caseload? We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our growing allied health team, support people of all ages to live with independence, dignity, and purpose.Part-Time (38 hours per fortnight)ResponsibilitiesYoull have the opportunity to work flexibly across multiple areas of Newcastle Anglican Allied Health Services, or choose to specialise in an area, including:Schools - helping children and teenagers succeed in the classroom.Paediatrics - assisting children to develop speech, language, literacy and social communication skills.NDIS - providing person-centred supports in their chosen natural environment.Community Aged Care - supporting older adults with communication and swallowing needs at home.Residential Aged Care Facilities - enhancing safety, dignity, and quality of life through therapy and mealtime management.The ideal candidate will enjoy a positive and dynamic environment, supported with clinical supervision, inter-discipline supervision and support, mentorship, peer support, alongside encouragement for personal career development.
